• Large Strength Section: Unique strength pieces. Plate loaded machines, Selectorized Machines, and even Plate Loaded Machines combined with Cable Selectorized. This section is available under the base package. 
• Cardio: We have some very unique cardio machines, such as the Spirit Stair Climber, Full Range of Assault Cardio Machines, in addition to all the standard cardio machines. This section is available under the base package. 
  
• HIIT Boxing: This is an exciting group class that combines HIIT Training and Boxing. We have a Boxing ring, Boxing Bags, and various Assault Cardio Machines (Assault Airrunner, Airbike, and Airrower), these classes promise to burn calories! These classes are only available at an extra charge. When there are no classes running you are free to use this area to box under the base package. 
• Outdoor Astro Area: This is an area where you can do all your functional training in the fresh air. You can even push the tanker sled. This area is available under the base package.
